Digital Marketing Services Page Revamp for Chops Consulting

To improve user experience and drive qualified conversions, I redesigned and rewrote Chops Consulting’s Digital Marketing Services landing page. The goal was to transform a generic info page into a clear, structured, and conversion-ready experience.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, I reorganized the content flow, refined the messaging, and created a more intuitive layout that highlights the agency’s strengths. The new page guides visitors through what Chops offers, why it matters, and how businesses can take the next step, all with stronger calls to action and cleaner visual hierarchy.

Content & Campaigns That Connect Community

Built the faculty’s student-facing digital presence by creating a term-based social media strategy aligned with the academic calendar and key audience segments: prospective students, current students, and alumni.

  • Led 10+ interviews with students, alumni, and faculty, turning their stories into content
  • Handled end-to-end production, from scripting and editing Reels
  • Documented a clear workflow and onboarding guide so future interns can easily continue and scale the initiative.

Recommendation

I had the pleasure of working with Shaula during her COBA Internship within the Marketing Faculty at Douglas College, where she played a key role in preparing to launch a new social media channel to promote our students success, faculty, student projects and marketing programs. From the outset, she demonstrated a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, helping to build a comprehensive plan that included clear objectives, strategies, and tactics.

What stood out most was her ability to take initiative and execute the plan independently. She created high-quality content aligned with our goals, consistently met deadlines, and showed a great eye for design. Her use of AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance quality was particularly impressive and speaks to her adaptability and forward-thinking approach.

This position required her to liase with a number of different departments and individuals and she had was professional in her communications with all groups. Finally she was tasked with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to pass on all the systems that she set up to future students that take on this role.

Throughout the project, she was incredibly easy to work with, collaborative, reliable, and professional. Her strengths in digital marketing, project management, and content strategy make her an excellent candidate for a Marketing Coordinator or Specialist role. I’m confident she’ll bring the same level of creativity, dedication, and strategic thinking to any team she joins.
